HuntID ("we", "our", "us") is a Chrome Extension that helps music fans find tracklists for DJ mixes on SoundCloud.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your email address and your Google display name (optional). Purpose: to identify your account and provide personalized features (search history, favourites). Legal basis: contract performance.

Usage data. When you use HuntID, we store the SoundCloud URLs you searched for tracklists, the date and time of each search, whether a tracklist was found, the number of tracks in the tracklist, quality ratings you submit (1–3 stars), and the number of searches used (for freemium limits). Purpose: to provide search history, improve tracklist quality, and enforce freemium limits. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.

Payment data. If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive your subscription status (active/cancelled), subscription period end date, and Paddle subscription ID. We never receive or store your credit card details. Legal basis: contract performance.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors use huntid.app: pages visited, time spent, scroll depth, browser type, country (anonymized), and session recordings on huntid.app (inputs masked). These tools load only after you accept cookies via the consent banner. No analytics data is collected inside the Chrome Extension itself. Legal basis: consent.

We share data only with these service providers:

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction — update inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.

huntid.app uses Google Analytics cookies (analytics) and PostHog cookies (session replay). These load only after you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for huntid.app.

The HuntID Chrome Extension does not use cookies. It uses chrome.storage.local to store your session token locally on your device.

We protect your data using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfer, row-level security in our database (Supabase RLS), no plaintext storage of passwords or tokens, and regular security reviews.

HuntID is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact foreverykindofthing@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify users by email.

HuntID is a Chrome Extension that finds tracklists for DJ mixes on SoundCloud. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of tracklists.

Free to start: 10 tracklist searches included at no cost. After the free searches are used, a Pro subscription is required to continue.

Pro plan: $2.99/month or $21.99/year, unlimited searches.

Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You may not use HuntID to:

• Scrape or redistribute tracklist data commercially.
• Attempt to circumvent freemium limits.
• Use the service in a way that violates SoundCloud's terms.

Tracklist data is sourced from third-party databases. HuntID does not claim ownership of tracklist content.

HuntID is provided "as is". We are not liable for inaccurate tracklists or service interruptions.

HuntID subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, payments, and refund transactions are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

New users receive 10 free searches before a subscription is required. This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions.

If you're not satisfied with HuntID, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked.

This applies to new subscriptions only. The 14-day window starts on the date your first charge is processed.

After the 14-day window, refunds are not issued for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Exceptions are made at our discretion in cases of significant technical failure on our side (e.g., the extension stops working entirely for an extended period).

• The email address used to sign up
• The date of your charge
• A brief reason (optional, but helpful)

We'll process your request within 5 business days. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction — funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you're within the 14-day window.

No cancellation fees. No commitment. Cancel whenever you want.
